Kendal Murillo
As a nutritionist and NSCA-certified trainer with FRC joint mobility certification, I’ve coached national powerlifting champions. My upcoming book, “Core: Train Without Back Pain,” addresses back pain through core training. I help clients with back pain, joint rehabilitation, and athletic performance, focusing on functional fitness for long-term health.
Armando Otico
I am a Physical Education graduate from National University, specializing in health and sports. My areas of focus include injury prevention and rehabilitation, quality of life and healthy habits, sports training, and functional training. I am passionate about Japanese jiu-jitsu and mixed martial arts.
Daniel Salinas
I’ve been a cheerleader and gymnastics coach since I was 11. I specialize in flexibility and slacklining, and I currently teach gymnastics and cheerleading at Beach Body Gym.
Reinier Arce
I specialize in physical conditioning with a strong emphasis on contact sports. As a personal gym trainer and taekwondo coach, I bring over 12 years of experience to the field. I’ve trained athletes for Sun and Sand competitions, triathlons, and international martial arts tournaments.
Enjoy and have fun! During your workout, you must use a towel—this is mandatory. Wipe down each machine after use. Store personal bags in the lockers, not in the training area. Proper footwear is required—no sandals or bare feet allowed. Shirts must be worn at all times. Monthly membership payments cannot be frozen. We use a digital fingerprint system for gym access, which is set up during your registration.
